FROM N.WALES COAST (A55): Leave A55 at Junction 11. Follow Llanberis signs onto A4244. After 3 miles follow our brown signs from the roundabout.
FROM IRELAND AND ANGLESEY: Cross Britannia bridge, take first exit following Caernarfon signs, take Llanberis exit at 3rd roundabout and follow brown signs.
FROM PORTHMADOG: Go to Caernarfon, follow town centre signs, follow Llanberis sign at first roundabout, then B4366 Bethel sign at second roundabout, go through Bethel and follow our brown signs.
Public Transport Directions
By Bus: Also, GreenWood is a 20 minute walk from the post office bus stop in Y Felinheli. You can take the 5A, 5/5C/X5, 10 or 88 from Bangor or Caernarfon. Please scroll down for instruction on how to reach us on foot from the post office.
By Train: The nearest train station is Bangor/Gwynedd. From here, take any Caernarfon-bound bus and ask for the Post Office or The Victoria in Y Felinheli.
Alternatively you can take the no. 72 or no. 86 from Bangor / Caernarfon and get off at the Gors Bach pub near Bethel, which involves an easy 20 min walk.

OPTION 1 - 15 minutes. This includes a narrow footpath unsuitable for wheelchairs and larger pushchairs. Stand with your back to the Post Office facing Bangor Rd, look right and you will see a small road off to the left around 20 yards away. PENBRYN RD
Cross over and take this small road.
By the two houses there is a footpath sign on the left.
Follow this footpath until you come onto the country road, then turn left up the steep hill. Continue along this road, under the flyover, keep on the country road, it bends around and down to the right. GreenWood is just past this bend on the left and is clearly signposted – you do not need to turn off beforehand.
OPTION 2 - 25-30 minutes. Standing with your back to the Post Office facing Bangor Rd. Cross over and turn right continuing along Bangor Rd until you come to a left hand turn BRYN FFYNNON. Take this and carry on up the hill until you come to the junction with LON LLWYN/ BUSH RD – take this left. Continue along this road, under the flyover, keep on the main road, it bends around and down to the right. GreenWood is just past this bend on your left and is clearly signposted – you do not need to turn off beforehand.
