Coast
North Wales’ coast is about as diverse as they come. The diversity comes from when it was formed millions of years ago, the events taking place during that period left their mark, on what today is a spectacular coastline.
Along the coastline, you’ll find many of North Wales’ favourite towns and villages. Popular resorts like Llandudno and Criccieth overlook the sea, whilst Anglesey is surrounded by it!
North Wales’ coast is best explored on the Wales Coast Path. Wales is the only country to have accessible walking routes around it – so take advantage of the fabulous coastal views on offer with this incredible path.
Along the coast, many nature reserves are present. The climate suits an array of animals so be sure to keep your eyes peeled. Out to see and seals and dolphins provide the main attraction.
