About
This sheltered beach on the Llyn Peninsula is just idyllic. A scenic 15 minute walk away from the car park, through fields and down some fairly steep step, you’ll arrive at Porth Ceiriad.
Large cliffs and the steep shelving beach give it a real secluded feeling. Great for sun bathing, walking and beach activities, Porth Ceiriad has everything visitors need for a great day out. The sea attracts lots of water sport enthusiasts, particularly surfers, thanks to the choppy waters.
Access to Porth Ceiriad is fairly tricky. There’s lots of walking, and a steep path leading down to the beach. A car park is available. Dogs are allowed on the beach throughout the year without restriction.
