The Boardroom Climbing

The Boardroom is one mighty fine indoor climbing venue. Stylish, relaxed and friendly with some beautiful blocs, lead and top rope lines providing over 1000m² of climbing as well as having the UK’s first PSICOBLOC! “Psicobloc” is Spanish for “crazy boulder” and is another name for deep water soloing (DWS). Although we have foam matting below ours and not water we still felt psicobloc was an apt name as it really is a pretty crazy boulder! Standing 8 meters high with 13 meter lines it certainly does deliver on the exposure front. Not one for the faint-hearted! NB. We run a separate induction and waiver for the psicobloc. If it’s your first time here please ask a member of staff for help, there’s no extra charge.

W e have a training area with a systems board, campus board, peg board and fingerboards along with gymnastic rings and a small range of gym equipment to work those apposing muscles! There’s a separate kids wall with easier routes and a party/lecture room where the kids have their party food as part of our birthday party package. It’s also where we run first aid courses, yoga etc. and it can be booked out by external providers to run courses too.
