Hatha Yoga with focus on Yin Yoga Flow is a gentle and balancing yoga focusing on harmonising our whole being – body, mind, soul and spirit. Through gentle practice of Yoga Postures combined with steady breathing, spinal alignment and relaxation, the flow of life and prana within one's own being is gradually becomes unblocked and enhanced. This enables the practitioner to tune in harmoniously with the life flow and experience the sense of poise, stillness, appreciation, and joy on a daily basis. Steady breathing helps to calm the restless mind and regulate emotions.

Yin Yoga Flow is a gentle and balancing yoga focusing on synchronising your breath with yoga asanas in a slow and mindful way, heling to release tension, regulate breathing, stretch and tone the muscles, improve joint flexibility and enhance energy flow within your whole being – body, mind, soul and spirit. Through mindful practice of Yoga Postures combined with steady breathing, spinal alignment and relaxation, the flow of life and prana within one's body is enhanced to bring more energy and vitality. This enables the practitioner to tune in harmoniously with the life flow and experience the sense of poise, stillness, appreciation, and joy on a daily basis. Suitable for all ages and abilities as asana variations are given to suit different needs of each individual practitioner.
What to bring with you?
• A Yoga Mat
• One or two blankets
• Yoga blocks and belts if you have any
• A pair of warm socks and A fleecy top for relaxation and pranayama
