An excellent comfortable base to discover Trearddur Bay and explore all Anglesey has to offer.
We welcome short stays as well as discounted weekly bookings. Short breaks (minimum 2 nights, 3 nights on bank holidays) are available except summer school holidays (7 night minimum stay with a Saturday changeover) and Christmas / New Year (4 night minimum stay). The fully integrated kitchen/diner includes an integrated wine cooler, integrated dishwasher, integrated washer/dryer, integrated tall fridge/freezer, ceramic hob, built in electric oven/grill, microwave, kettle, toaster, cafetiere, plenty of crockery, pans, ovenware, utensils and cutlery. There is a matching drop leaf table which extends on both sides, sitting four comfortably and four chairs.
The lounge has patio doors leading onto an enclosed terrace with distant views of Holyhead mountain and two 2 seater reclining couches. A 55″ Smart TV (catch up TV, Netflix, Prime and Disney), Blue ray player and Sony speaker. An abundance of DVDs, books and games for those quieter days. Tall tower fan.
The master bedroom has a super king sized bed, with solid oak furniture; wardrobe, dressing table, stool and mirror, chest of drawers and bedside tables. USB charging touch bedside lamps. Plasma TV with firestick, hairdryer and mini tower fan.
The second bedroom has twin beds, with a chest of drawers, bedside table and hanging space. USB charging touch bedside lamp which can double as a night light for the younger ones. Hairdryer and mini tower fan. The bathroom has a bath with combi boiler fed shower over. Hot water on demand 24/7 and a tall heated towel radiator.
2 folding patio chairs and patio table so you can enjoy a relaxing drink with a book on the patio. Travel cot with mattress, high chair and baby bath (under 12 months) available on request.
Heating, quality Egyptian cotton bed linen and bath towels, tea towels and cleaning included in the price. Sufficient basic necessities are provided to get your holiday off to a stress free start. Tea, coffee, sugar, milk, hand wash, dishwasher tablets, washing up liquid, bin liners, cleaning materials, loo rolls, toiletries, hand sanitiser etc. Intercom security phone. Please bring your own beach towels.

Anglesey is easy to get to these days – the A55 North Wales Expressway links Holyhead with the UK motorway network; there are regular express trains from Holyhead; fast ferries link Dublin and Holyhead; and there is even a scheduled air service from Cardiff!
Gwel Y Twyn is located on the southern end of Trearddur bay beach at the end of Lon Y Treath. Lon Y Treath is opposite the junction of the B4545, Lon St Ffraid with Ravenspoint Road.
