Leave your worries and your camping equipment at home, and spend a night or two in our luxurious, bespoke Shepherd’s huts. If you’ve ever dreamt of a more rustic life, with a dash of glamour, we might have exactly what you’re looking for!

Our Shepherd’s Hut is the perfect holiday for 2 people with a wood-burning fire, en-suite, kitchen, and double bed. If you’d like to complete the rustic-glamorous experience we have a private alfresco BBQ area for glamping customers.

Check-out time: 10am

Pen y Bont is a family-run Touring park with Glamping and camping, situated in the beautiful Snowdonia National Park near the shores of Llyn Tegid/Bala Lake.

We’re a 5 min walk from Bala town and a 2 min walk from Bala Lake. Whether you’re looking for adventure or a relaxing getaway, Pen y Bont will be perfect for you.

The Bala and North Wales area is packed with activities for thrill-seekers. This includes the world-famous Zip World, Tryweryn White Water Rafting, Surf Snowdonia, and many more only a short drive away. If you’re looking for a quiet, relaxing few days away, you can relax in our beautiful and peaceful site and take in the scenery and the fresh, crisp air of the Snowdonia National Park.

 

 

 

Park Shop

With Glamping, you can travel light, as there is a well-stocked shop/reception catering for most of your Glamping needs, Bread, milk, free-range eggs, local cheese, and much more.

We also have daily delivery (excluding Sunday) from T.J Roberts, award-winning local butchers, for your delicious BBQ.

Wi-Fi is available at a small cost.
