Map & Directions
Road Directions
Positioned above a bubbling stream – great for paddling and dam building and a post-sauna dip for those staying in our shepherds' huts – you'll find us 4 miles south of Betws-y-Coed just off the A5 up the single track road signed for Capel Garmon/Nebo for half a mile, then down our farm track. Richard, Hazel, their children and other guests are about the only people who will ever pass by except for the occasional walker. Even the postie doesn’t come up here! You might see and hear some wildlife though – a heron can often be seen fishing in the stream, red kites whirl overhead and a family of hares lives next to the track. We’ve also resident owls that you’ll hear as you sit out by the fire in the evenings.
