We do give you suggestions for some glorious walks nearby and recommendations on where to eat. You can choose to eat and socialise with the group, or of you prefer not to that is totally fine. We will make dinner reservations for you if you'd like to dine as a group.
Paula is a fantastic teacher with over 20 years' experience of helping people to move their bodies safely. Her yoga sessions are suitable for complete beginners.
Your base
The Stella is situated just a few mins walk from Mostyn Street, where many restaurants and cafes are located, as well as Providero, where your yoga classes take place. The beauty of the location is it is not on the seafront, so it's nice and quiet, but still very close to all that Llandudno has to offer. It is a 4* hotel offering luxury at an affordable price - right up our street!
They include an excellent Californian inspired continental breakfast, served in their delightful breakfast room. Each table has a dog lead securely fastened to the wall, so you can eat your breakfast, knowing your dog is safely at your feet.
There are 7 rooms in total, all with double or king bed, and 1 apartment with kitchenette, 1 king bed and 1 sofa bed. Each room is light and airy, and either have views of the Great Orme, or a side view of the sea and Little Orme (Lorena room) . All have an en suite, flat screen TV, tea/coffee making facilities, hairdryer and toiletries... and of course free wi-fi. Everything you need for a comfortable stay!
There is parking for 2 cars, which comes with the Lorena Room and the Joyce Suite. For any of the other guest rooms, street parking is available around Llandudno.
Itinerary
Day 1:
Arrive at the hotel from 3pm onwards, settle in.
8.15pm: Meet Paula & the rest of the group at Providero.
8.30pm - 9.30pm: Slow Flow Yoga
Shake off the week and step into a slow flow yoga class for a delightful journey of gentle movements and tranquil vibes! In this beginner-friendly class, we'll flow through poses, syncing each movement with your breath to unwind into a deep relaxation. This yoga style is all about taking it easy while stretching, flowing, and unwinding with a smile on your face!
Day 2:
8am-9am: Breakfast
10.30am - 11.30am: Yin Yoga
There is time to get a walk in before your yoga starts. Then meander over to Providero for a gentle yet profound practice to start your day with tranquillity and inner balance. Yin yoga is a slow, mindful, deep stretch class where poses are held for longer durations, targeting the body's connective tissues, allowing for a deep release of tension and stress. Through the meditative approach of Yin Yoga, you'll experience a stillness and introspection.

We will provide you with a choice of self-guided walks and eateries, that you can enjoy alone or with the group, whichever you prefer.
7.30pm - 8.30pm: Restorative Yoga
As the day winds down, a tranquil atmosphere, soft lighting, and gentle music set the mood for this deeply relaxing session. In this class, you will experience a series of fully supported, passive yoga poses held for extended periods, allowing your body to release tension and stress. Through the use of props like bolsters, blankets, and blocks, you'll sink into each posture comfortably, promoting a profound sense of ease and calmness.
