A lovely country house with stunning views of the mountains and overlooking the onsite coarse and trout fishery, Ty Mawr offers comfortable accommodation for families and groups of up to 8 people. In a beautiful rural location the house is easily accessible being approx half a mile from the main road up a private driveway. 

Ty Mawr is in a great spot for family holidays being within easy reach of all the activities and attractions the area has to offer.  Snowdonia and the Lleyn Peninsula are on the doorstep with many beautiful walks in the area.  Owners Tom and Jane have lived in the area for many years and are happy to help with any questions about the best places to visit.

With plenty of room to relax and socialise downstairs there are two living rooms, a bright and airy kitchen diner and a games room with pool and football table.  Upstairs are four bedrooms, two doubles (both ensuite) and two twin bedrooms with a family bathroom with separate shower and bath.  The utility room has a washing machine and dryer and provides secure storage for your walking gear, bikes and fishing equipment.

Eisteddfa Fishery is right next door with a five lake coarse and trout fishery.  Guests at Ty Mawr enjoy a 50% discount on all their fishing unless taking fish for the table.

The house has it's own garden with BBQ and parking for two cars, with additional overspill parking available on request.

Ty Mawr is a semi detached house and can be booked together with next door, Eisteddfa to provide accommodation for larger families and groups sleeping up to 18 with nine bedrooms and room for everyone to eat and socialise together, or with another smaller cottage, Bwthyn Bach which is right next door and with a ground floor double bedroom is great for anyone who is less mobile.
